TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Overview These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services offered by 3Point Precision LLC and its subsidiaries, including Headline Breaks (DBA Headline Breaks) and The Locker Tampa LLC (DBA The Locker by Headline). By visiting our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
  2. Eligibility & Use of Services You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use our services. You may not use our site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.
  3. Products & Services Offered We offer live break spots, sealed product, trading cards (raw and graded), authenticated memorabilia, card supplies, apparel, in-store retail purchases, consignment services, repack products, and grading submission services. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
  4. Accuracy of Information All information presented on this site is intended for general guidance. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.
  5. Payments & Billing All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party processors. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information for all transactions. We may refuse or cancel any order placed with us.
  6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns Shipping, delivery, and in-store pickup options are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. All sales are final on live break spots, sealed product, singles, memorabilia, grading services, consignment services, and repack products. Apparel may be exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  7. Consignment Services Consignment is currently available only to approved customers and active Headline Breaks participants. Consignment tiers are based on item value: • Items valued under $1 may be donated to Wax For Good 501(c)(3) if approved. • Items valued $1–$4.99 may be auctioned live, beginning at $1. • Items valued $5+ may be listed across marketplaces and displayed in-store when applicable.

Processing occurs within four hours after the customer’s break ends. Payouts are issued twice monthly via ACH after customer verification. Consignment fees may vary and are communicated directly to approved participants.

  1. Grading Services By submitting cards for grading, you authorize Headline to handle, package, and submit items to CGC or approved grading partners. All grading submissions are final once submitted. We are not responsible for turnaround times, grading outcomes, or delays caused by third-party graders.
  2. Live Break Disclosures Break results are determined by live stream footage and are final. Randomizations, team assignments, and outcomes are conclusive. Manufacturer defects and redemption fulfillment are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier after acceptance. Chargebacks for break spots are prohibited.
  3. Prohibited Conduct Users may not engage in conduct that disrupts operations, including abusive language toward staff, attempts to manipulate randomizations or auctions, fraudulent activity, harassment, or actions that interfere with platform functionality.
  4. Limitation of Liability Headline is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use of our site, participation in breaks, consignment, grading submissions, or product purchases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
  5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
