Consignment Details

Everything you need to know about consigning your cards with Headline.

Submission Rules
  • Minimum estimated resale value of $5+
  • Autographs, relics, numbered parallels, refractors, short prints, rookies, and graded cards are accepted
  • No veteran base cards or bulk commons
  • Cards must be organized by sport
  • Bulk submissions must be pre-lotted
  • All cards must be in top loaders
  • Cards needing replacement top loaders incur a $1 handling fee

Sale Terms
  • Cards are sold live on Fanatics Live
  • Cards are auctioned in the order they are received
  • All sales are final
  • Cards that do not sell during the stream will not be returned
Payout Schedule

Sales from Monday through Sunday are paid the following Friday.

Fanatics Live platform fees are deducted before consignor payouts are calculated.

Headline retains a consignment commission for handling, listing, and managing live sales.

Payouts are currently issued by check while our automated payment system is being finalized.

Fanatics Live Platform Fees

All consignments are sold through Fanatics Live.

Fanatics deducts their marketplace platform fees before consignor payouts are calculated.

These platform fees are determined by Fanatics Live and apply to every sale completed on the platform.

Headline Consignment Commission

After Fanatics Live platform fees are deducted, Headline retains a consignment commission based on the final sale price.

$25 – $99.99 20%
$100 – $499.99 15%
$500 – $999.99 12%
$1,000+ 10%

Headline's commission covers: • card intake • processing and organization • live auction handling on Fanatics Live • fulfillment and shipping of completed sales

Example payout: $100 Sale – Fanatics Live platform fee – Headline consignment commission = Final consignor payout

Volume Discounts

High-volume consignors may qualify for reduced commission rates based on monthly sales volume.
