We’re looking for a Live Consignment Auction Seller to run live dollar auctions and consignment sales featuring customer-owned inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable selling live while keeping operations tight and accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Host live dollar auctions and consignment sales on platforms such as Fanatics Live and Whatnot
- Sell customer-owned cards, following structured consignment processes
- Accurately track, tag, and record items sold during live streams
- Multitask during live auctions while maintaining speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Follow pricing, auction flow, and operational direction provided by the team
- Engage buyers on camera, answer questions, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment
- Ensure cards are handled, organized, and accounted for correctly throughout the sale
- Work closely with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth post-sale processing
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ability to follow direction and process during live sales
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with customers in real time
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, live auction environment
- High attention to detail — accuracy is critical
- Organized, reliable, and able to stay focused during long live sessions
- Familiarity with sports cards, collectibles, or live auctions is a plus
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect cards and products to ensure quality before shipment
- Package orders using proper materials to protect collectibles in transit
- Process shipments through shipping software and carriers
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping and fulfillment workspace
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with sorting cards and basic shop operations as needed
- Communicate with team members to resolve order issues or discrepancies
