Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Headline Brand ("Sponsor"), 13036 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33545. [Confirm exact legal entity name and address.]

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of [the 50 United States and D.C.] who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. [Confirm eligible territories and any state exclusions.]

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on [Friday, July 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET] and ends on [Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET] (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. [Confirm exact open/close dates and times — align with The National activation dates.]

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit the official giveaway page and complete the entry form with all required information. Following Headline's Instagram and Facebook accounts is a condition of entry as presented on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries (same email) will be consolidated to a single entry. Automated, robotic, or fraudulent entries are void. 5. Prizes

Grand Prize: Up to $1,000 (USD) in eligible sports card products, selected by the winner from Headline's available, eligible inventory. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.
Second Prize: $250 Headline store credit. ARV: $250.
Third Prize: $100 Headline store credit. ARV: $100.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,350. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Product availability and restrictions may apply; certain items may be excluded (e.g., limited-availability, low-margin, or sealed products) at Sponsor's discretion. Store credit expires [insert term] and is redeemable only at shopwithheadline.com. [Confirm prize substitution rights, credit expiration, and any excluded product categories for the Grand Prize.]

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about [August 4, 2026]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. [Confirm draw date and method.]

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within [3] business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within [5] business days to claim the prize and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful. 8. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Providing false information results in disqualification.

Information collected is used in accordance with Headline's Privacy Policy. Entry does not by itself enroll you in SMS marketing; SMS is opt-in only via the separate consent checkbox.

10. General Conditions

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, or any card manufacturer. By entering, entrants release these parties from any liability.
