Offers are not guaranteed. Every card is evaluated in person, and we may decline any card or collection. Card values move quickly, so an offer is good at the time it's made.
Selling a collection?
Collections and bulk lots are evaluated separately from individual cards. We make one offer for the whole lot based on its mix, condition and demand. That offer won't match the per-card rates above.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Stop by during store hours with your individual cards. For large collections, call (813) 789-3208 first so we can set aside time.
What should I bring?
Your cards, ideally sleeved and in top loaders or card savers, and a valid government-issued photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older.
How do you decide what my card is worth?
We look at recent sold prices for the same card in similar condition, then factor in condition, demand and how quickly the card is likely to sell. Listing and asking prices aren't used.
Do you buy cards worth less than $50?
Sometimes. We buy some $25–$49 cards selectively. Cards under $25 are only bought as part of a collection or bulk lot, or you can bring them through our Bulk Card Program.
Can I mail my cards in or send photos for an offer?
No. Purchases are evaluated and completed in person at The Locker.
How do I get paid?
Choose cash (paid by cash, check or electronic payment) or store credit, which is added to your Headline Account and works online and in store. Large cash payouts may need advance notice.
Is my offer guaranteed?
No. Every offer depends on an in-person evaluation, and we may decline any card or collection. Offers are good at the time they're made.
Can I change my mind after I sell?
Once you accept and payment or store credit is issued, the sale is final.

This Buying Policy explains how Headline buys sports cards, trading cards, and other collectibles from customers. "Headline," "we," "us," and "our" mean 3Point Precision LLC, doing business as Headline and The Locker by Headline. By offering an item to us for purchase, you agree to this policy.
Offers and market value
All offers are made at Headline's discretion and may vary based on the item and current market conditions. Our standard offer for eligible individual cards valued at $50 or more is up to 70% of market value in cash or up to 75% of market value in store credit. Cards valued under $50, collections, and bulk lots are evaluated separately and may receive a lower offer or no offer.
"Market value" is Headline's good-faith estimate at the time of the offer, based on sources such as recent comparable sales. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it may differ from prices you see elsewhere. Offers are valid only at the time they are given unless we say otherwise in writing, and we may withdraw or revise an offer before the transaction is completed.
Condition is evaluated by Headline staff at the time of the offer. Condition assessments are our opinion, and grading potential is never guaranteed.
In-person evaluation
Purchases are evaluated and completed in person at The Locker by Headline in Tampa, FL. We don't make purchase offers based on photos, messages, or mailed-in items. Programs with their own terms may offer other options as described on their pages.
Items we may decline
Not every item will qualify. Headline may decline any item or collection for any reason, including condition, authenticity concerns, low market demand, or current inventory needs. Items must be authentic and in acceptable condition.
Ownership, authenticity and ID
By selling to Headline, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the item, that it is authentic to the best of your knowledge, that it is not stolen, counterfeit, altered, or subject to any lien or claim, and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). We may ask for a valid government-issued ID and may keep a record of the transaction as required by law. We may decline or cancel any purchase where we cannot verify ownership or authenticity.
If an item we purchased later turns out to be counterfeit, altered, stolen, or materially misrepresented, you agree to refund the amount we paid and reimburse any related costs, and we may pursue any other remedies available to us.
Cash and store credit payments
Cash offers may be paid by cash, check, or electronic payment at our discretion, and large cash payouts may require advance notice. Store credit is added to your Headline Account, shows in My Rewards, and can be spent online at shopwithheadline.com and in store at The Locker by Headline. Store credit terms are in our Terms of Service.
Sales are final
Once you accept an offer and payment or store credit has been issued, the sale is final. Items we purchase become Headline property and cannot be reclaimed, exchanged, or repurchased unless we agree in writing.
