Headline Account

Your Headline Account is how you sign in. There's no password: enter your email and we send you a one-time code (or use Sign in with Shop). Use the same email everywhere — online, at the register in The Locker, and when you sell or trade cards to us — so everything lands in one place.

My Locker

My Locker is your account dashboard. After you sign in, it shows:

  • Your Store Credit balance
  • Your Locker Rewards progress toward your next $5
  • Recent rewards and credit activity
  • Your orders and your profile

Store Credit

Store Credit is your spendable balance with Headline. You can use it at checkout on shopwithheadline.com (sign in first) or at the register in The Locker.

Store Credit comes from:

  • Locker Rewards you've earned
  • Cards you sell to us for credit: walk-in buys, the Bulk Card Program, and MVP Buyback
  • Trophy Room sell-backs
  • Credit issued by our support team

Store Credit is not redeemable for cash, stays with the account it was issued to, and doesn't expire unless we tell you otherwise when it's issued. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Locker Rewards

Locker Rewards is our 1% back program.

  • Earn 1% back on eligible purchases online and in The Locker. In store, give us your email or phone number at checkout so the purchase is linked to your Headline Account.
  • Every time your rewards reach $5, that $5 is added to your Store Credit automatically. Anything below $5 shows as progress in My Locker.
  • Shipping, taxes, gift cards, services (like grading and consignment), and the part of an order you pay with Store Credit don't earn rewards.
  • If an order is refunded or cancelled, the rewards from it are reversed.

The Locker

The Locker by Headline is our store in Tampa at 13036 N Dale Mabry Hwy. Your Store Credit and Locker Rewards work there the same way they do online. Visit The Locker
